PROCESSES
Urethane Parts
We use silicone molds and CNC cut REN wood molds to vacuum cast your urethane parts. Advantage Engineering has two (2) vacuum casting machines with one large enough for Fascia parts. We use a wide variety of engineering resins which can represent actual production materials including:

• Polypro
• TPO
• ABS
• Nylon
• Santoprene
• Dylark
• High Temperature materials

Fiberglass Parts
Advantage Engineering can create Fiberglass Tooling or REN wood CNC cut open cavities to produce a Fiberglass Part.

Part Modifications
Our experienced team can help make your innovative ideas a reality.
We have capabilities to take your existing part and provide a mock-up to prove out ideas, saving on costly tooling changes.
